What are the subjects covered in the first semester of BA Film and New Media at JSJC?

Jindal School of Journalism and Communication accepts SAT/ACT/ LSAT-India/ or Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test (JSAT) exams for BA admission. As per the SAT dates 2026, the last date to apply for SAT India Late Registration for August Test is 13 August, 22026. Find out more about SAT dates on the exam's official website. The university provides a wide range of scholarships to deserving students based on merit and financial need. Students who achieve above 80% marks in their class 12 exams are eligible to apply, provided they submit their Parental Income Tax Return (ITR). The scholarship applies only to tuition fees. JGU offers scholarships based on merit and financial need according to the University Policy. Jindal School of Journalism and Communication (JSJC) BA in Journalism and Media Studies lasts for four years and is spread across eight semesters. The BA curriculum follows a credit system. The total credits of the entire semester sums up to 200, where 186 are academic credits and 14 are internship credits.
