You have asked the very personal but interesting question. Not every fresher of Engineering graduate gets a job. In fact, as per the report of HRD Ministry only 50% of the fresh graduates could get placed in the placement season. Those who pass out without replacement has to fend for themselves in the job market. How do you do this of course is not a rocket Science you need to register yourself on a web portal which is involved in providing jobs to the freshers for example naukri.com is one such portal.
