LPU floats more than 250 programmes with differential eligibility and fee structure. LPU NEST is not mandatory for every course. You need to mention the course interested for or you may check the details on website.

Since you have tagged engineering, I will keep the answer to the point.
    1. You must get a JEE Mains score of 80 percentile and above.
    2. You can also get admission if the 12th score is 90% plus.
In both these scenarios you will also qualify for scholarships, but make sure you apply before deadline.

    Hello!
LPU runs more than 250+ programs from Diploma to doctorate, each and every course has their own eligibility. LPU NEST is Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test. Due to COVID-19 LPU has taken an initiative and has relaxed their eligibility criteria for most of the programs. LPU NEST is mandatory for admission in engineering, Ph.D. and Masters in agriculture for rest of the programs LPU NEST is not mandatory and is a scholarship test. So, you need to figure out which course you are looking for, if LPU NEST is not mandatory in that course you need to check the minimum eligibility criteria and process

All you need is to check the eligibility criteria of the desired programme, as admission can be done subject to satisfying the eligibility condition of the particular programme. Thereafter, you can do the registration via online mode by entering the basic details and your application ID will be generated which will ACT as the gateway for further admission related processes like, Provisional fee payment, document submission etc.

If you are fulfilling the eligibility criteria of your desired programme than you can proceed for admissions through the website of LPU. In the situation of Covid-19, Lovely Professional University has relaxed their eligibility norms. For majority of the programmes LPU NEST is not a mandate. There are still chances that you can apply for LPU NEST exam in case you would like to apply for scholarship purpose. LPU is a well renowned private university in India. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition

Except LPU entrance exam, there is another way to get admitted in LPU. That is, your +2 or equivalent marks should meet the criteria of admission.

You can directly contact with the counselor or you can contact to the university. If you have more than 70% in 12th board exams, then there will be some concession as well in the fee structure.

Except for LPUNEST, you need to write JEE-Mains for engineering stream. For B.Com, your boards' marks will work. Also, for any other non - technical course, your boards' marks will work, or the marks of any competitive exam particular to that stream in which one wants to take admission.Though, I would suggest you to give LPU-NEST as it will help you to get a better scholarship also.
