    The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Most of the companies have made us the regional hubs for joint campuses.     Hi Anup, LPU is the only private university who has ICAR. In terms of placements, LPU students have got top packages from leading Agriculture companies. Students of School of Agriculture are placed in Dhanuka, Reliance retail, Syngenta, Bio SEED Nestle, Smur Agro, VLCC, Virbac, Amazon, Sanra organics and many more. With the highest package of 5.6 LPA and average package of 3.27 LPA. All the best.

    First I would like to inform you that LPU is the only private university who has ICAR which shows the quality of content delivered at various levels. LPU floats more than 250 programmes our of which B.Sc. (Hons. ). Agriculture is one of them which is designed for building expertise through well planned on-field implementation and testing of basic concepts in production, yield enhancement disease resistant and better shelf life of food and flora and creating professionals to tackle the dogma from SEED to stomach.     The B.Sc. Agriculture course provided by the LPU is approved by ICAR I. e Indian Council of Agriculture and Research an autonomous body responsible for co-ordinating agricultural education and research in India. It reports to the Department of Agricultural Research and Education, Ministry of Agriculture. And Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education (PSCAE).     Over 100+ companies come for campus recruitments. Average salary of top 10% earners is around 8 lacks in my knowledge.  More than 500 students got their dream offer. The highest salary package offered so far is around 20 lacks.
