Being an alumni of LPU I would rather say that the school of Agriculture in Lovely Professional University is among the best place for pursuing the B.Sc. In agriculture. Now you would be saying why I am saying like that, actually my cousin has completed his degree from here only. Hi, Lovely Professional University provides a lot of opportunities to the students. University provides additional placement-oriented classes, and students also studied subjects like analytical skills, soft skills, etc. As part of the curriculum so that they are prepared to crack all types of competitive exams as well. Ever since LPU has been ICAR accredited that has raised the mark of this course a lot at LPU. Around 90% of the students getting placed every year. Among the drive conducted the major associates were with Syngenta pvt. Lmt. , Tata Rallis India, Bioseed, Emami, GSR, IFFCO, Dhanuka, ITC, Relience Agr. Retail, Uniborn, HDFC Bank, Intellow lab, WIPRO, with maximum package offer of 5.68 Lacs. Every year &get;50 students joining in Syngenta RISQ project for research with good stipend. Students are getting an opportunity to go on programme exchange in foreign universities every year.
