Hi Sanjay,
An Atom is the smallest possible constituent of a substance, which if you further break will not be able to hold the properties it had earlier.
A molecule is a combination of atoms in a certain ratio under some chemical circumstance. The properties of a molecule can vary from the properties of the atoms from which it is created.
For example water, Hydrogen and oxygen. Hydrogen and oxygen are atoms. Hydrogen itself can burn and oxygen helps burning. But the properties of water are completely different.

Hello Sanjay,
A particular atom will have the same number of protons and electrons and most atoms have at least as many neutrons as protons. An element is a substance that is made entirely from one type of atom. Atoms are basic building blocks of any matter. Combination of these atoms are molecules.
For example, the element hydrogen is made from atoms containing just one proton and one electron.
