There is no official announced Duolingo English Test eligibility:

Age Limit: No official age limit fixed. However, applicants less than 13 years need parental consent.
Educational Background: Students from any educational background can appear in DET test.

Anyone can take the Duolingo English Test as no strict eligibility requirement has been set for the same. It can be taken by anyone, regardless of his/her age, nationality and educational background, who wants to analyse his/her English language skills. Duolingo has not set any age or academic eligi
