What is the fee refund policy at Jain University for BTech?

The fee refund policy of Jain University is based on UGC guidelines. Students can cancel their admission by submitting an application. The amount of refund will be decided on the basis of the following situations:
| Situation | Amount of refund |
| If the programme has been cancelled by the University | Full refund |
| If the student hasn't cleared the entrance examination | Full refund after deducting INR 5000 as processing fee |
| If the students withdraws from the programme and notifies at least 15 days before the last date of provisional admission* | Full refund after 5% deduction of upto INR 5000 |
| If the students withdraws from the programme and notifies within 15 days prior to the last date of provisional admission | Full refund after 10% deduction |
| If the students withdraws from the programme and notifies within15 days after the last date of provisional admission | Full refund after 20% deduction |
| If the students withdraws from the programme and notifies after 15 days but before 30 days after the last date of provisional admission | Full refund after 50% deduction |
| If the students withdraws from the programme and notifies after 30 days post the last date of provisional admission | No refund |
