The percentage required in class 12th science is 75%, you should be above this percentage, as there is no such concept of minimum in JEE, it depends on cut-off which varies year to year. -
One can't say that clearly, it totally depends on the paper and number of students appearing for the same. So, just work hard and give your best. Score at least 85-90% marks in boards to have some hope.
