LPU conducts and enterance cum scholarship test named LPU NEST for most of the courses that it has to offer. And to be eligible for this one should have achieved the mionimum aggregate marks in the concerned fields. In some courses the the nest exam is followed by the interviews as well whereas some courses are exempt from exam allowing direct addmissions. You need to check www.lpu.in for the course that you are particularly interested in.

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

After you log in to the counselling portal after the results go out, you need to honestly fill your choices of course/specialization. LPU will then look for which rank you are in the merit list, check availabilities, and allocate seats accordingly based on your previously chosen course/specialization seats and rank. The seat allotment process of counseling purely works on merit, so the students who s
