What is the qualification of the LPU faculty?

All the faculty members are really helpful in all aspects whether it is academics or any other. My guide during my programme helped me a lot in my research work and I published 2 International Conference Papers in IEEE-Explore. Many students have published research papers and patents in International Journal and Conferences. The faculty of LPU, updated with the latest methods of pedagogy (teaching) help turn students into a finished product with high market demand, yet with a social conscience and urge to contribute and give back. LPU as in the present scenario is the university that caters to the all-around development of its students and nurtures it with care to boost their careers to a pinnacle of ultimate success which might be the envy of many. LPU faculty is appreciated by many and ignored by those who don't have experience The faculty of LPU is well-qualified. Most of the faculty are from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities from both India and abroad. LPU is a brand in itself. LPU strictly follows, UGC norms. As far as the faculty is concerned, most of them are either Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D. The recruitment of faculty is very strict and even at LPU they have to go through various training sessions to keep themselves abreast of the latest happenings in the field.

LPU have domain expert faculty members, they know in-depth of every topic, related to their field. Teaching pedagogy is also fabulous. Student grasps difficult topic as well. Faculty members having experience of at least 5 years, and finding new ways to make their lecture more interesting and interactive. Student can take help from them, any time, always ready to help with cooperative nature. As per faculty members qualification, most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holder, other are pursing the same. They publish paper in national and international journal. Being a faculty myself, I am in a better position to tell you about faculty of LPU. Let me tell you first of all, the benchmark of recruitment of LPU faculty is very high Ph.D. The faculty are learned, well qualified and experienced in teaching. Most of them have studied at reputed universities and institutions. They deserve to be the faculty hence they are at the dais. The academic and professional details about faculty are mentioned on the website. The faculty also act as mentors to the students. The students can call them and talk to them to get an answer to any academic or personal problem they feel stuck at. The faculty are engaged in higher learning and research work simultaneously. Such is the ambience of LPU. One unique thing about faculty is that at LPU if the students do not give good feedback of a particular teacher or not liking the way he teaches then they can report it to the head of the dept who reports the same to the head of school and finally the teacher gets replaced. However, one come acrosses such incidents not very often. Lovely Professional University is having tie ups with multiple foreign Universities all over the world.
