It depends on the individual and the company. What position and salary package they are offering. If uh take the average the package would be upto 24 Lacs but then again it depends upon the skills, knowledge and your ability.

No doubt Economics (Hons) is one of the best courses provided by Delhi University. But when it comes to salary, it solely depends on the student's skill set, for which role he is applying, for which company he has been working for.

Delhi University Economics passouts' starting salary is dependent on the college and potential. College of North Campus, like SRCC and St. Stephen's, toppers earn INR 6–10 LPA, while some others earn INR 25 LPA. General DU college students are offered INR 1–5 LPA. Salary is totally largely determined on the basis of internship, academics, and college reputation. But you should still start with some basic amount and adapt the knowledge experience by with it will be easier for you in the future.

The beginning wage for a Delhi University economics graduate can vary depending on the firm, industry, job profile, and location, among other variables. Nonetheless, the beginning wage for a graduate in economics in Delhi can range from Rs. 3 to 5 Lacs annually. Depending on the particular employment role and the graduate's level of experience, this can change. Graduates who have more education and experience may make more money. It is also crucial to remember that wages might vary greatly depending on the business and sector, and that certain jobs might pay more and come with more benefits than others.

Hello Maan, The average salary for an Economics Graduate from Delhi University is Rs.24 Lacs. The salary though may vary from candidate to candidate as the companies that come for campus selection decide the same on the basis of your previous year performances and the way you put yourself infront of the interviewers. I hope that helps!
    Thank You.
