    Read a lot of books, not necessarily school text books and grammar books. Read novels and a lot of good books as it is a good way to learn new words and expand your knowledge. Keep referring to the dictionary. Listen and watch English news and channels. Watch English movies with subtitles. The best way to practice is by communicating in English at home with family and friends. If required, take a spoken English course. A number of practice sample audio and texts are available online nowadays.

    I think you need someone to guide you because English is not about cramming the rules from a book, it needs time and practice.
