    Hello Aman,
You need to score at least 75% marks in class 12th or be among the top 20 percentile scorers in the boards to get admission in IITs.
Along with this, there is an age criterion to apply for JEE exam.
Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1992.
The candidates from SC, ST and PwD category get five-year relaxation i.e. should have been born before October 1, 1987.

All the best for your preparation and may you score well with getting a good rank in your exams.
The percentage required to be eligible for IIT exams/JEE Mains and Advance for class 12th is minimum 75%.
This is done to lessen the number of candidates appearing for competitive exams because JEE has now planned to have an online test for which centers are less and candidates are huge in number.

Absolutely! Having a humanities background is no barrier to pursuing Fine Arts at Chandigarh University.

The programme welcomes students from all streams, including humanities, as long as they meet the minimum requirement of 50% marks in their 12th exams. Many humanities students find the programme a natural extension of their academic interests, as the curriculum often connects with cultural, historical, and social themes. For example, a student who studied history might bring unique perspectives into courses like painting or applied arts.

The university values creativity and passion over specific subjects studied in school.
