What should I choose among M.Tech and MBA?

I will complete BE in 2016 and got 15.48 marks in GATE. Can you suggest any college in Maharashtra for M.Tech that can give admission with this score? Also, suggest some MBA colleges that consider GATE score for admission.

I would suggest to do M.Tech because MBA can even be done later. If you do MBA first then you tend to lose the technical touch in your education which otherwise you will strengthen more when you do M.Tech.

Your score is low but you can try for any private or deemed university or private college , if you want to continue your current field which is better option , this option is more wide , i suggest you to go for M tech , MBA is also good option but if you get top college for which you have to score more. because MBA college is so much today so try to get top college and you have to prepare for that

In my view, MBA has a little edge over MS with respect to working skills required in an organization. MBA will enhance your team building and management skills an add-on to your technical skill. M.Tech will further boost your technical and you will be in your core subject area of interest. At the end, it all depends on your planing of career growth and your interest. MBA has more scope as compare to core competency.

MBA and M Tech, both will offer you what you are looking for (good job with good pay). However, the choice should be based upon your interest rather than the money earned because five-six years down the line, you will be earning enough, but your job should be motivating enough to get you to work everyday. So take a decision based upon your area of interest. M Tech will provide an opportunity to expand your knowledge further in the field that you are currently in. You get a chance to explore and dig deeper into concepts that intrigued you in your graduation. Your technical skills are enhanced and you can become a subject matter expert i

As per my understanding, Both MBA and M.Tech have their advantages and drawbacks. It is the personal preference of the aspirants and the possibility of securing a seat in a reputed institute that drives the decision of choosing one among these two popular educational programs. If you want to focus on core subjects and specialize in technology without any deviation, M.Tech is the right choice. If you look for widening and generalizing your career scope, then go for an MBA. Whether it is an MBA or M.Tech, be sure to choose a renowned, prestigious institute that has all the essential infrastructure and provides in-depth knowledge. Apart f

In case you aspire to make your career in a technical field, then M.Tech is the right choice for you. After this, you can even switch to research or teaching. But if you want to go into any corporate sector, then MBA is the way to go. MBA has been a dream career for many students and has become one of the most searched careers as compared to other post-graduation programmes. An MBA is a degree that allows students from various backgrounds to apply. MBA Best University

M.Tech is suitable for a product- based industry where technical skills are required. Whereas MBA is more suitable for a service and customer- oriented industries.
