Dear, Ideally it is always better to have at-least 2-3 years of experience and then get into management role. That way you can much better relate with the course, and things make slightly more sense. However, if you are not much inclined towards technical work, then getting into MBA course directly after B.Tech.

4 years agoAfter B.Tech if you wish you can easily go for MBA, but ut would be advicable & better too if you gather wok experience for around 2-3 years & then opt for executive MBA in your field of interest. Rest is your choice! -
An MBA programme gives engineers more exposure to business and management related issues which lack in an engineering programme. An MBA degree adds strategic & qualitative skills to students analytical capability, making them a perfect choice for any employer. Furthermore, for those engineers who are planning to run their own business or to do consulting, an MBA makes sense. MBA will help in better understanding of the fundamentals of business that supplements the engineering and technical side. One becomes great in finding technical solution to the problem keeping the business principles in mind. In IILM UNIVERSITY GURUGRAM we prepare...more

Hi. Well! Choice is yours. I tell you my views. You could pursue MBA for couple of reasons, either to change careers or move into leadership roles. In first case, MBA is recommended when you plan to move into leadership roles or you started a leadership role and need help to do well. Especially for leadership roles, the Golden rule is, you have to work for few years before doing MBA. In the second case, where one would do MBA is to change their career path. Lets say you are in some sort of IT kind of role...more

You can go for part time MBA course + job. This will help you continue your work experience + higher education degree go hand in hand.

Ideally you should work for a couple of years and then explore for MBA. As during your work you will get more clarity on what is that interests you. It may happen that you realize that your interests like more in research/ technical ares & this may prompt you to explore M.Tech/MS rather than go for MBA and get groomed as into business management.

U should give entrance exams of MBA if u get qualified with good percentile above 75% u should opt for MBA and go for Masters as it will boost your resume with post graduation degree
Job is also good if the package is good otherwise I would recommend u to go for higher education. Good luck for your future.
