USA is best location for Engineering graduation and post graduation. However education in USA is very expensive. Top five IITs and BITS Pilani can match with education in USA top Institutes. If you can make it to any of these Indian nstitutes then education in India will be right decision.

It depends upon where you want to get settled. Engineering in USA would be beneficial if you want to settle there. But if you are planning of coming back to India, it is better you pursue engineering in India only. ROI is a big factor you should consider.

Whatever is your positioning, be it the USA or India, there is an assessment and they will try to know your real"you".That's why, be prepared and try to increase your ancillary skills.

If you can manage to get an IIT, then India is the best option. If not, then you should go for USA.

its depend upon several things.like 1. financial condition.2. emotional attachment toward country.3. interested stream.4. quality education 5. future planning.
    1. if you have a very strong financial condtion then go throught GRE TOEFL like exam for abroad study.

If you want to study and gain knowledge efficiently, then no place is good or bad. Science is a branch, where information can't be altered or change its uniform throughout the whole world. History might vary, geography might vary but science won't.
    I hope it helps.
