    4. Focal Point: Any decorative piece in a room that creates emphasis is a focal point.
    5. Kelvin (K): It is a colour temperature metric of a light source. For residential dwellings, the colour temperature lies between 2500 K and 5000 K. The range for commercial interiors goes from 2000 K to 6500 K.
