LPU offers scholarship on various aspects. In addition to Previous two qualification, National Level Test, LPU NEST based scholarship, LPU do provides scholarship on sports, cultural, Bravery, Co-curricular activities also.

LPU provides scholarship on the basis of previous two qualifications, the entrance test which is LPU NEST Sports and Cultural activities, candidates with defence background, state board toppers and to orphan candidates or students with certain disability.

Lpu provide scholarships to those students whose academic are very good above 70% and accordingly they provide scholarships percentage to all students. Lpu has also conducted paper on which also they decide scholarships for students. Only lpu provide this facility among all private universities.

LPU offers a whole range of scholarships. The first and foremost is the scholarship one gets from LPU NEST that is the entrance test and falls in the eligibility bracket for most of the programmes. There is upto 50% scholarship through LPU NEST Exam. However, over 100% scholarship may also be achieved through Sports or Cultural Scholarship. Then there is Scholarships provided to the students based on Percentage in Qualifying Exam. Defense Scholarship is also provided to wards of Defense personnel. Scholarship can also be availed based on National level Tests. Scholarship can alsobbe availed on the basis of performance in Social Service, Bravery and, Research & Development. Board Topper, sportspersons, performing arts students, Orphan Scholarships are also available in LPU. Scholarship also be extended to person with certain disability. Applicant having Benchmark disability of more than 70% and Locomotor disability caused by spinal cord injury can avail the benefit of full programme fee waiver subject his/her case being approved by Special Committee constituted by LPU. LPU also offers exclusive Scholarship schemes for Tibetan Students studying in CTA (Central Tibetan Administration) Schools and Students studying in different schools managed by Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan where on the basis of test conducted in schools of the concerned organisation and/or recommendation of the concerned authority of the organisation, certain students may be offered full tuition fee waiveoff.

Many students get scholarship in LPU according to their +2 Percentages and their Score in LPU NEST exam. It also provides scholarships to the toppers of the corresponding years in University Scholarship 1 Every year, roughly 50-60 per cent of the students receive scholarships from LPU thereby bringing down their course fees by 70-75%. Scholarship 2 University offers scholarship on the basis of performance in LPU NEST is available for all programmes of the university except Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed. ) Scholarship bracket for Hons/ Integrated/ Professional programme will be same as corresponding regular programme.
