    For Physics
Concepts of Physics Vol I and II by H.C. Verma. These all-inclusive books are tailored for the students of 10+2 level. Apart from covering all the topics related to the JEE Advanced syllabus, the two parts have a number of solved and unsolved problems for students. The best-covered topics in these books are Mechanics, Electrostatics, Modern Physics, Thermodynamics, and Optics.
Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick & WalkerChapters like Electro Magnetism, Rotation, and Wave Optics have been covered very well in this book. It contains descriptions of physical principles, which are well supported by mathematical derivati

    Hello dear,
The preparations for the top examination in engineering needs the best books of reputed authors with lucid concepts. The major subjects are Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics. So, here I would be letting you know the books used by most students for JEE Advance preparation. Firstly, you should do a thorough study of NCERT books of these subjects and then go for other reference books. Following are the books (subject wise):
    Chemistry
The best book for both Physical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry is by O.P. Tandon. You should go for this author.
    Maths
Book by R.D. Sharma of class 11th and 12th.
    Algebra by Hall and Knight.
    Problems o

This is really a challenging task as just getting a good book is not enough, you need best mentors and preparation for JEE from Class 8th then only one can get perfection in their subjects to score best marks in the exam.
For the concepts, if you like to be absolutely clear then apart from your notes, you can consider the following textbooks:
    a) Physics: HC Verma, DC Pandey, Resnick and Halliday Walker and NCERT.
    b) Maths: I A Maron for Calculus, S L Loney, Amit Agrawal, IIT-Mathematics by ML Khana and NCERT.
    c) Chemistry: NCERT, OP Tandon, JD Lee, LG Wade, Morrison Boyd and NCERT.For practice questions, you can look into these:
    a) Physics:

Mostly, the books are preferred for 2 years of preparation. This time is supposed to be utilised solving some particularly marked questions which employ some different method to solve.
If you want books for revision, I would suggest:
Physics: Solve the typical numerical problems from H C Verma, I E Irodov, Resnick and Halliday and last 10 years JEE Advanced papers. Solve the practise problems and practice the different variety of problems. For theory, NCERT & HC Verma will do. First, solve HC Verma & NCERT, two basic books to understand physics.
Chemistry: NCERT is a must. Solve questions from last year's papers and read Solomon's and Fry

Getting a rank under 100 is not that easy. You have to put a lot of hard work and dedication for that. A good coaching institute is compulsory (perhaps I may not be totally correct). You will need a proper guidance to secure a rank under 100 in JEE Advanced. Your first preference is coaching sheets and DPPs.
Books you may prefer for a better understanding of concepts and problem practice:
    1. Physics: HC Verma volume 1 and 2, IE Irodove, Resinic and Halliday, Cengage Physics.
    2. Chemistry: NCERT (must), RC Mukherjee for physical chemistry, Morrison and Boyd for organic chemistry, and JD Lee by A.Guha for inorganic chemistry. You may prefer

The question again is a home to many other questions in it. The ranking and results in JEE Advanced will depend on your mental ability to grasp theoretical aspect and hard work, but for securing a rank under 100 in Advanced, one should have a very sharp and logical brain. Your thinking, memorising and logical skills should be at par. As when the study is concerned, all the skills should be learned through hardcore academic practice and hard work.
The books are also an important part of the practise session as a correct book can make you achieve your goals while a number of wrong preferred books can misguide you.
    The books are as follows

    Hi,
The books you use can't decide your rank but the clarity of concepts and your ability to apply them will surely have a great impact. But still here are the books used by most students for JEE Advance preparation.
The books I would recommend are:
    Physics:
Concepts of Physics Vol I and II by H.C. Verma
Problems in General Physics by I.E. Irodov
Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick & Walker
First finish HC Verma and make sure you understand how you are solving the problems then move to other two books.
    Maths:
Maths XI & XII by R.D. Sharma
Higher Algebra by Hall and Knight
Problems in Calculus of One Variable by I.A. Maron
    Books by Cengage
