Which college can I get for CS, electrical or mechanical engineering? Can I get admission in BIT-Mesra for civil or electronic engineering?
My home state is Jharkhand. I have got 73988 AIR in JEE Mains and 19400 in OBC.

Yes, as per your rank and OBC Category, you may get admission into BIT-Mesra with civil branch. It will be difficult for you to grab electronic branch there. So, wait till the counseling begins. -
You need to check the opening and closing ranks for the previous years and then, conclude whether you will get the admission or not. Check here:
