Which college is better for pursuing computer science engineering: Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata or IEM, Kolkata?

Hello, I want to first introduce about the environment of both the colleges. Both the colleges have same placement scenario in CSE Branch. But In IEM, You have to wear school uniform. If you enter the campus then u will not go back to your home until your college timings are over.
