No doubt, of all the names, you've mentioned Thapar University is the best.
I have two reasons for stating the same.
1st- TU has a legacy of 6 decades and it comes second after the best IIT.
2nd- Placements.
If you're a good student then no doubt you can secure a decent package of minimum 8 Lakhs annually or even more. -
Both the colleges are similar in their education criteria, so it depends on placement after completion of degree. I think VIT gives better opportunities. Good luck. -
