Both the universities are good. In north India, everyone's path of education seems to converge to one destination - Lovely Professional University, The statement is not an exaggeration. The staggering numbers of 30000 students in one closed campus from across the country and globe vouch for the fact. Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package available for the Engineering program is 42 LPA till now. Scholarships: LPU offers more than 250+ programs every year in d

Both the universities are good. LPUs investment in intellectual capital is way beyond comprehension, extremely qualified and talented! With a research powerhouse of more than 100 post-doctorates and 700 PHDs, LPUs strength is its academic power. Coming to infrastructure, the 1200 acre campus which is equipped with every machinery, equipment, and software required in all the s is a wonder in itself, just, for example, more than 10 companies have established centers for excellence within the campus with their investment to keep an eye on the abundant talent!
The central library is one massive 6 story building with lacs of books and a netw

SRM has better placements. I will not prefer you to opt for LPU other than for CSE as this is the branch it is known for. For any other thing, you will not be able to find any good thing other than infra. Placements of all the other branches are so worse that if you will see them once then you will not pursue engineering at all.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. In my opinion LPU will be better than SRM. LPU being one of the largest private universities in India has more than 200+ courses which includes more then 10000+ students and 5000+ international students. LPU has lived up to its expectations with the quality of education and placement opportunities, with the top brands in the world for recruitment provides great opportunities to students. Placement is one of the advantages that LPU offers since its inception. It has an impeccable record in campus placement. LPU has always been much favored talent hunting ground for corporate world as it delivers industry

When comparing placement opportunities between Lovely Professional University (LPU) and SRM University, LPU clearly emerges as the stronger option in terms of overall placement reach, diversity, and outcomes. LPU has built one of the largest placement ecosystems in India, attracting thousands of recruiters every year from IT, engineering, management, healthcare, design, agriculture, and many other sectors. This wide recruiter base ensures that students from almost all programs have access to meaningful job opportunities. LPU consistently records very high placement figures, including multiple crore-level international and domestic

Lovely Professional University (LPU) often feels like the stronger choice compared to SRM Institute of Science and Technology. What sets LPU apart is its dynamic campus life, global exposure through events, hackathons, clubs, and international tie‑ups, along with a placement ecosystem buzzing with top recruiters and high‑value offers for achievers. The university's state‑of‑the‑art infrastructure — from advanced labs and modern hostels to a full‑fledged hospital and even a campus mall — makes student life both convenient and exciting. Add to that the practical academic approach and the diversity of peers from across Ind

When considering everything, I genuinely like Lovely Professional University (LPU) over SRM Institute of Science and Technology. With its expansive campus life, increased visibility through events, hackathons, clubs, foreign partnerships, and a highly active placement ecosystem with mass recruiters and excellent high-package chances for performers, LPU feels more comprehensive. The infrastructure (labs, hostels, hospital, and campus mall) is state-of-the-art, the academics are practical, and the diversity of the student body greatly facilitates networking. Academically, SRM is undoubtedly good, but generally, LPU offers a more balanced

LPU is better in comparison to SRM. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. So, I

If you are seeking admission in an engineering college, then I would like to suggest SRM, as the first preference. It is the best option in every context, whether it is the environment, placement, fest, exposure or anything else. LPU is also a good college, but if we compare it with SRM, then SRM is better. Now, it is up to you. Good luck.
