    Hi,
All these four are doing pretty well in there zones. As an Education Consultant, I would compare the universities on following:
Curriculum, Pedagogy, Technology, Industry interface, Professional etiquette, Diversity, Entrepreneurship, Placements : The programme is only means to the end ! And desired end of such course is a placement. You must check if the college/university has sold track record of placements or not. Believe me, I haven't seen anyone apart from LPU excelling in all the said parameters, it is not only the best but miles and miles ahead of all the other names taken here.

All are good as per their capabilities. As per my experience in the last 16 years as an educator, I would rank them as follows:

     #1 PEC

    #2 LPU

    #3 CGC

    #4 CU

Since CGC and CU are sister concerns, it doesn't matter which one is better! PEC has a long heritage of more than 60 years and international recognition, LPU has made its name in the last 18 years on the back of its stellar performance in all sorts of parameters you can think of! Placements just for an example, LPU has unmatched placement record with over 600 companies being regular to campus for recruitment offering not only good remuneration but also great job roles.

When you wants to compare different university one need to understand the difference between University and Group of college difference, Group of colleges are affiliated to certain university, whereas the University is recognised by University grant commission, Chandigarh University is UGC approved NAAC A+ university and its any day better then LPU, PEC and CGC.

Lovely Professional University and Chandighar University both are good because both offer very good placement opportunities And Chandighar Group colleges are also good but Universities are always get more preference in comparison of Group of colleges.
So It's better to choose between CU & LPU
