    Hi
Both the countries have very strict rules for work permit and highly competitive as well. For France, you need to learn french and currently the employment situation is not in favour.
Ireland is excellent for IT based jobs as many of the companies like Amazon, Google, Facebook etc have their offices. Rest depends on the situation when you will be working and on your skills and readiness.
    Hope this suffice.

Both the countries are pretty good in terms of jobs in IT. To hunt a job in France you need to have French of at least B1 level proficiency, and if you hold a French degree, it will be easy for you to learn their language during your studies. And, if you have relevant skills, you can make your life here. Whereas, for Ireland, you don't need to learn any extra language, as English is the working language in Ireland. Moreover Ireland is the hub of IT, especially Dublin. Many big companies like Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Dell etc. Housed in Ireland. But, salaries are not that high in Ireland compare to France especially in Paris
