Both courses have great opportunities. BCS IT is concept oriented, it will teach you the core concept of IT and you will have to study science subjects too. On other hand BCA is application oriented, teach current technologies, platforms. One can join BCA from science, commerce and arts background. But to pursue B.Sc. IT, you need to have a background of Science. B.Sc. IT is a general course and BCA is a technical course, so getting job from BCA is easy than B.Sc. IT. After B.Sc. IT, you can do M.Sc.
