Which course is more useful: MBA or PGDM? MBA is a certification course while PGDM is a Diploma course.

See it all depends on the college. If you are doing MBA from a mediocre college then it will be of no much use. MBA is a Masters degree not a course certificate, MBA is approved by UGC, AICTE, DEB and with other affiliations and PGDM is Diploma. If you compare both then MBA is far better than PGDM because it is only a diploma course, not a degree.

MBA is a degree given by universities governed by UGC and PG Diploma is given by colleges governed by AICTE. This depends upon what does one want. If one chooses to go for MBA he or she is eligible for admission to PhD. But if one chooses PG DIPLOMA he or she is not eligible for applying to PhD but

You are looking confused between MBA and PGDM. I will try to clear your query. Nowadays PGDM is preferable because 1) It is lesser costly as compared to MBA and 2) It generally needs no entrance then MBA. But MBA is (and ever) be much greater then PGDM because MBA graduates can handle great pressure
