For a Science student, B.Sc will be a much better course to pursue as compared to BA. -

Dear Shubham, Both are the best options after the 12th in PCM. It depends on the interest. If you are not good in Physics or Chemistry then I won't recommend B.Sc. Then you should go for the B.A. Programme. The following universities are good for the B.Sc. And B.A. Programmes:
