    Hello,
Don't decide on the basis of your percentage. Rather fixed it as per your interest. If you wish to continue Science as your main subject, then go for B.Sc. Otherwise humanities is no less a bad field. Choose wisely and all the best!

Firstly, it depends on your interest. If you are confused and having no lean on any subject, then I will suggest you to go with BA. It will explore your knowledge and helpful for so many competitive examination. Best wishes for your career.

As you have opted for science stream in class 12th, you should go with B.Sc because B.Sc is a good platform for science students and you can learn much more things.

You can go with some B.A. Hons course if you are facing difficulty in your Science subjects. There isn't any disadvantage if you go with Arts courses. The scope will depend upon you, how are you going to study your subject. After B.A. In some particular subject, apart from going to prepare for civil services, you can write blogs of your own and earn more than some job, you can become a content writer for some website or you can continue to study further. Don't think much about the payment and salary, every stream is good in terms of opportunities, only you have to be master in your subject.

Both the courses are great but as you are from the PCM background, so in my opinion, you should go for B.Sc. But before choosing the course, consider your interest first. Institutions that offer these courses are:
    Loyola College - Chennai
Department of Science (Christ University) - Bangalore
    Miranda House Delhi
    Lovely Professional University, Punjab
Madras Christian College (MCC) - Chennai.

B.Sc is a better option. Chose BA only if you're preparing for SSC CGL or UPSC.

I think you should go for BA. It's true that you are from science background. But nowadays competition is too high. You can't fight in the science field with 60%. So, it will be better if you go for BA. It will give you a plenty of different opportunities to excel.

If you will try to study better and have enough knowledge about science, then B.Sc would be a better choice because 60% in PUC Science which is not a bad percentage.
