You should go for B.Sc as you studied non-M.Ed and have already invested crucial two years on science related subjects. You can even choose B.Sc CS. It is a blend of science and technology.
The eligibility criteria for B.Sc computer science is 10+2 passed from a recognised board with PCM subjects but it has been noticed that eligibility criteria may vary from one institute to another. There are a few universities which consider the student from any stream (commerce /arts/medical). Most of the universities grant merit-based admission to the B.Sc computer science programme. You should choose BA with this percentage as it will give you a better college and if you choose B.Sc you're going to get some low rated college and you'll even face difficulties while studying science subjects.

B.Sc is best because B.Sc is Bachelor of science and B.A is Bachelor of arts. BA is for arts subjects like English, Hindi, Bengali, sociology, history, etc.

Choose the stream according to your interest though you should choose BA if you are really not into science.

There's no correct answer to your question, it will completely depend on you and your disposition towards specific science or arts courses. Having said that being from a science background you might find B.Sc slightly easier. You can use either of these diplomas as simply a base degree and venture into a very successful career ahead.

If science interests you, go for it, else go for arts, which is easier and you can score really well.
