Both M.Tech and MBA provide excellent career options and have gained importance over time. M.Tech or MBA is always an added advantage to an engineer whether it is in terms of experience, knowledge, or seniority. Whether it be an IT, manufacturing, or R&D-driven establishment, there would be requirements for both M. Techs and MBAs. The M. Techs would be more of a subject matter specialist, whereas the MBAs would handle product sales and marketing, project management, IT process, human resources, consulting and customer service management, etc. I would say Lovely professional University is the best University to pursue this course. M.Tech is the right choice for you. After this you can even switch to research or teaching. But if you want to work in the corporate sector, then MBA is the way to go. It is a management course and hence would enhance your managerial, leadership presentation and communication skills etc. Rest depends upon your area of interest. If you are looking for best university for M.Tech course, I would say Lovely professional University is best University to pursue this course. After B.Tech, if you like to enhance knowledge and pursue research in the respective filed, M.Tech is the best option for you. If you are willing to widen your career scope, MBA is the best option. Hope it helps.

We have critically analyzed both Degrees of M Tech and MBA for you. Every degree brings its advantages to the table. M Tech has a different set of advantages and an MBA gives you the ability of different kinds. Comparing both degrees will just be an injustice because they altogether have different USPs. Its comparing oranges and apples. Recent trends have shown that B.Tech Graduates go for the MBA as it explores the horizons of the business world along with their technical knowledge. But this trend does not prove that M Tech provides a bad career option for you if you select it. M Tech is highly reputed in the industry which is related

Dear Subhankar, MBAs are great for a career change and thriving business opportunities. Graduates of part-time or full-time MBA programs have higher chances of holding a high-level management position and enjoying successful MBA careers. Over 50% of MBA graduates worldwide are senior managers or board directors. I did my MBA at LPU and it has helped me grow professionally and also add a lot to my career growth. Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements, etc. Highlights of MBA at LPU are - 1) Accredited by

Choose any course wisely keeping your interest in your mind. Both courses give you ample of opportunities and have their own importance and need. If you are technically sound and has flair for technology then go for M.Tech else do MBA. You need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT / MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT / GMAT/ NEST and should also have min of 50% to 55% in your Bachelors. You can do MBA in any specializations of your interest. Some Good Colleges are: IIMS, Xavier's Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur (accepts XAT) Lovely Professional University, Punjab (accepts/CAT/MAT/XAT/LPUNEST) Department of Management Studies.

I've had a really good experience with the mechanical engineering faculty at Chandigarh University. Most of them are PhD holders, so you can tell they know their subject inside out. What I like is that they're not just teaching from books—they share real-world examples, guide us in labs, and help with projects. The faculty is approachable, so if you ever get stuck on something, you can just ask, and they'll explain patiently. They also encourage students to explore electives like Thermal & Energy Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or Design & Robotics, and help you pick what suits your career goals.

Yes, Chandigarh University is a good choice for B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. What I really like about the programme is the variety of specializations you can pick, like Thermal & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Management, or Automation & Robotics. The labs are another strong point from 3D printing and advanced welding labs to industry-backed centres by Honda, Mahindra, Hyundai, and MG Motors. These collaborations give you hands-on exposure that feels very close to real-world industry work. On top of that, the department is both ABET and NBA accredited, which adds global recognition. With regular industrial visits, workshops, and
