    I recommend B.Sc IT and B.Sc CS, as the most popular and in demand branches of engineering, but remember that, scope of a branch also depends on the region where you are willing to work.

    Modi don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies.     We all are living in a technological era of computers. According to this computer science, electronics communications and electrical are better career prospects as compared to the other branches. But other branches have good career prospects in their own field.

    Every branch of engineering has better career options but according to the current demand CSE is better.

    I think, the requirement of electrical engineer will always be there and with the progress of civilization, the requirement will increase.

    As we all know that the most popular engineering branches with high career growth & good packages are: Computer Science Engineering (CSE), ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) and EEE (Electronics and Electrical Engineering) & Civil Engineering.

    If you have completed your class 12th and interested in getting an engineering degree and confused about the branch and college, then you must get admission in a decent college as every branch of a renowned institute will have decent scope.
    There are successful businesses and well-paying jobs in all disciplines, including civil engineering and chemical engineering.
