BCA will be a better option because, with BCA, you'll be more relevant for computer science than B.Sc.

When you are thinking for computer science, there are three ways to get graduate:
    1. BCA
    2. B.Sc. CS
    3. B.Tech CS
    B.Sc (Computer Science)
The B.Sc (CS) course mainly focuses on the mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing, rather than teaching specific technologies that may quickly become outdated. The course prepares you for higher education. Eligibility:
10+ 2 Pass in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry & Maths.
    Education after B.Sc:
M.Sc, (provided that it's recognised by the UGC or AIU) followed by an M.Tech, or an MCA are options open to you after your B.Sc. In Computer Science. An M.Tech may be available to you after you

Hi Suman I would rather suggest you to go for B.Tech. CSE course if eligible. Or else please note both of the BCA or B.Sc. IT courses are of same weightage with very less difference. I. T Sector is one of the major employment providers in India and is expected to grow more in the coming years. BCA that stands for Bachelor in Computer Application & also B.Sc. (IT) trains students in developing, programming, networking, computer and mobile software, app development, etc. If you're hard working and talented enough, your 3-year BCA or B.Sc. Hi,
If you want your career in only IT with some application development, then select BCA. But, if you want extra, go with B.Sc Computer Science because it is a very big field. It contains IT itself. Computer Science field is a combination of IT, mathematics (computing), statistics, hardware, graphics, electronics and many more field. BCA restrict you for only application development, database and web development, while with B.Sc. You can do some extra ordinary things.
