Which is better for CS engineering: LPU or Thapar?

    Thapar is better than LPU. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering offers 4-year B.E. Programme in Computer Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering and Computer Science & Business Systems. It also offers M.E. In Computer Science and Engineering, M.E. In Software Engineering and MCA. The Department has an active Doctoral programme too.

    I would suggest you to choose TIET as it's one of the top colleges in India. Thapar is a well-known college and its Chemical Engineering programme has experienced faculty. The placement here has much more opportunities than any other college.

    Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET) is one of the best universities for CSE. The placements of Thapar are so good, faculty members are so supportive, Infrastructure is world-class, and you'll get competitive vibes every time. Talking about the placements it has some well-known recruiters, such as Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, NVIDIA, Samsung, Accenture, WIPRO, Infosys, Amazon, Yahoo, and others.

    Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying this because I had completed same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good.     Thapar University is relatively better than LPU. Though, things have a significant difference only when you compare the education on core branches. For the rest, non - technical streams, there is not much difference. Moreover, prefer Thapar University over LPU.

    LPU is nowhere even comparable to Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. Do a little more research, and you will automatically find it really quickly. Or, just see the cutoff for both.
