    HI Pramod,
According to me, If you a looking for verious job opportunities in different fields then you may opt for MBA but if you plan to make a career in Pharmaceutics then M.Pharm is best for you.
The job avenues for a pharmacist after M.Pharm are with pharmaceutical industry, government departments, universities, teaching hospitals,MNC dealing in Pharmacy, investigation and research institute etc.
If you wish you can take up MBA in Pharma and pursue a great career in pharma marketing or working at a managerial position in a pharma company and much more.
    All the best!

    Hi Pramod,
if you are comfortable with pharma line of work and wish to pursue a career working on it - then opt for Mpharm.else if you want to get into management, wherein you are involved in managerial role - related to pharma companies viz., marketing, sales, finance, people management etc., then opt for MBA.it gives a broad understanding of how to manage different areas with respect to a company's operations.

Pramod, A choice between MBA and M.Pharma would depend upon your interests, strengths, aptitude, ability and career goals. Both the courses are good and the scope offered by the two is different. M Pharma prepares you for as career in research and development in pharma while and MBA will prepare you for a sales and marketing, human resource, finance or systems role in pharma and even non pharma companies. Opportunities for post graduates in pharmaceutical sciences include faculty positions in university colleges, government departments, research institutes and also as medical practitioners, drug inspectors, drug analysts, pharmacists,
    ...more
