BBA+MBA is better for you nowadays as everyone is doing B.Tech which is why there are lack of opportunities in B.Tech.

If your destination is an MBA, then any track will suffice. But, if you would like to explore potentials in the job market as an engineering graduate and participate in campus placement opportunities as well then B Tech - MBA track will be good.

Both are good options, as both are the requirements of industry these days. If you have keen interest in technology then you must go for B.Tech else join BBA. Normally, students are unaware of the fact that 12th is the initial and crucial stage of building a career. They take the decision with puzzled and ambiguous mind and end up selecting a wrong stream thereby opening the door to the worst consequences in the long-term career prospects.
