It is on your interest. If you want to go for Management field, then go for BBA. If you are interested in technical field, then go for B.Tech.

BBA + MBA is equivalent to B.Tech. So you can go for B.Tech.

BBA+MBA is better than B.Tech. It will provide better opportunity as compared to B.Tech, it will provide you good packages, growth, so if we are talking about current jobs BBA MBA options are better.

BBA and MBA belongs to business side and B.Tech related to technical. If you have interest in technology, then you should go towards B.Tech. Otherwise, you should move towards BBA+MBA. It totally dependent upon your interest.

The two courses are completely different from each other. Both can provide good opportunities in the future. The decision is completely yours to make. Also, looks like you are open to joining both the programs with equal interest. The future will depend a lot on how what you want to learn from the course, how curious you are and how much efforts you will make apart from the college/university are enrolled in. BBA-MBA will prepare you for a managerial role, which will more probably involve you having a team under you or working on managing resources be it financial, some product or service or a team. You'll be expected to perform better

First of all, anything that you like and passionate about is good for you and so, you are the best judge whether technology or business is more attractive to you. Most importantly, your skills, the employability skills are the most vital qualities you have to develop in yourself without which whether you are in a job or business, you will remain less successful. And these are not something taught by colleges and universities.

It's based on your interest. If you like marketing choose that, otherwise, B.Tech is the best option. I think BBA has a better scope now.
