Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), you have an opportunity to learn both technology and management. Talking of career growth, Bachelor of Business Administration BBA and Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be giving you a job at the managerial role. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master in Technology (M.Tech) will be landing you basically in a technical team of the company, whereas, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) will land you on a head of a Tech company or even in a large MNC. Nothing is good or bad, it totally depends on your interest. If you are interested in business and management line then go for BBA+MBA and if you are interested in technology, go for B.Tech.
As per me, B.Tech+MBA, nowadays, has a good career growth. Technical+Management skill will certainly help you to go up the ladder in the organization.

It totally depends upon your interest. If you pursue B.Tech from a decent college, you will get an average package of Rs.30K per month, if you are a normal student. So, after B.Tech your life is quite secure. If you pursue BBA, you will get Rs.25K per month from the premier institutes.
After completing BBA, I would suggest you to pursue MBA. IIM - Indore conducts an entrance exam for integrated BBA + MBA course, you can prepare for that.
    Good luck.

It depends on your chosen stream in class 11th and 12th. Science students do prefer B.Tech after completing class 12th. Commerce students generally prefer B.Com or BBA. The career opportunities are good in B.Tech as well as in BBA.

B.Tech is a good option because BBA and MBA are courses to enhance the professional skills, but after completing B.Tech, you get an engineering degree. B.Tech has a high market value too. You can pursue MBA after completing B.Tech.
