While ETH Zurich ranks as the #1 institution in Switzerland as part of the latest Shiksha Popularity Rankings, as does the National University of Singapore among all institutions based in the Asian nation.
Though each of these institutions are among the best institutions in respective regions, NUS Singapore's acceptance rate that lies somewhere between 5-10% is much lower in comparison to ETH Zurich's that has an acceptance rate of around 27%. Thus, It can be said that NUS is much harder to secure a seat at than ETH Zurich.
