    Organizational behavior and organizational development are crux of HR.
    Further, HRD and HR cover most of the aspects of HR, and lastly an HR must be aware about the laws, so Labour law is again one.
    So, OB, OD, HRD, HRM and Labor Law will give you an overall view of Human Resource.

    ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR. It needs psychology subject knowledge too. This was taught to me by an experienced faculty at DBS, Dehradun.

    MPOB, HRM in the 1st year. Compensation management, employee relations and labour laws, performance management, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, grievance and grievance procedure in the 2nd year.
    In this, MPOB is very important for basics.
