Best is everything.
It completely depends upon interest.
But, the core branches mechanical, electrical, civil, IT, CSE have their importance.

Every degree has it's own importance. You will get opportunities in all the branches depending upon your knowledge. It's not that any particular branch is best. It's on you and your interests.

First of all, it will depend upon on your interest and talent. Some people may have interest in machines and some have in electronics. So, it completely depends on their individual choice and moreover what branch you take and read with a good mind. Definitely, you will succeed.

All branches of engineering are equally good. Scope of engineering branches varies depending on various parameters. But I will suggest B.Tech.

B.Tech is the best option as it contains more practical knowledge and in BE is a theory based course. From a job point of view, B.Tech is a better option.

From my point of view, the computer science is the best branch if you choose one. But always choose that branch in which you have interest because it all depends on hard work and your interest.

Both B.E and B.Tech are the same course, just the name varies. All branches are equally good, everything just depends on your hard work. Though starting salary is high in computers, with experience and time, everyone catches up.
