Since you have asked for the best university/college, check if these have the following: Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Since IT is a highly dynamic field, you cant afford a programme which is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi. Pedagogy : The teaching pedagogy formal the backbone of how the programme is delivered, more the practical, better it is. Maximum exposure to practicals and internships more chances of becoming a well rounded professional. Technology: The businesses and the business functions are now highly tech driven, the tech programme must have the exposure and training of the same. The world leading technologies like SAP, GitHub, Advance excel, etc. Are must for any professional to succeed in career. There are a number of private colleges which are good for computer engineering. Whenever you are selecting colleges for CS always make sure that the college has good infrastructure such as labs and is able to support your research. Manipal is a good college for CS but its very expensive and you will have to take a hefty loan for the 4 years of education. On the other BITS Pilani is also a very good option. You need to have a good rank to get admission there. If you have that then its good for you and also it is expensive. JK Lakshmipat University is a very good private University for engineering and especially for CS. , the university offers future-ready courses such as data Science, embedded systems and IoT, artificial intelligence and software engineering and RPA. You also have the option of choosing CS with IBM. This will going prove to very helpful for you as you get exposure to the latest tools and technologies.
