Which law course will be the best to pursue in the present time?

It depends upon you. The most traditional degree is BA LLB. Therefore, with a BA LLB. You can get through everywhere. The subjects that you study are humanities related ones like history, political Science, sociology etc. Then, you have BBA LLB. It may be preferred by students with a commerce background. Subjects taught are human resources management, accounting, financial management, business environment, economics etc. Also, you have B.Com. LL.B. Dealing with commerce subjects. B.Sc LLB has Science subjects to be studied. Those who have had Science in class 11th and class 12th may take up B.Sc LLB. Some universities also provide B.Tech LLB. So basically, all colleges offer you BA LLB. As that is the traditional degree. Some universities have introduced the other streams recently. Now a days, students opt for other streams like BBA LLB, B.Com LLB based on what they had studied in their high school. But the difference in subjects is found only in the first two years, as the law subjects will be common for everyone. Also, the scope is more or less similar. But, certain preferences may be given in some industry like B.Sc LLB. May be, preferred in certain forensic department, or some CA company may prefer a B.Com LL.B. But then, those are rare. Usually, people look for a LLB degree. I will suggest you to take up BA LLB. As they have subjects that are closely related to law. But, you may also choose the stream that you took up in your high school. Therefore, all the streams are equally good. BA LLB and BBA LLB are the most preferred by the students.
