Which MBA specialization should I opt?

This depends on individual's interest and other factors like, your field of graduation and your career prospects. Major disciplines in MBA, you can look for are as follows: 1. Operations: It needs analytical knowledge with fair hands-on mathematics. 2. Finance: It needs basic knowledge of accounting and share, equity, credit-debit transactions. 3. Marketing: It deals with the promotion and advertising strategy to convince the target customers for your product. 4. HR: It requires good communication skills to deal with your team. You need to get the best out of your team and keep them motivated. 5. Mass communication: If you are interested in media and mass communication and have good speaking skills. As you have completed graduation in agriculture, you will find operations/ supply chain in line with your graduation course. Though, most of it would need basic mathematics.

You can take several free online strengths and weaknesses tests, which will help you analyze your personality. If you are a fresher, then it is wise to get a hands on experience before joining a full time MBA course as it helps in getting an industry exposure. Internships also count as experience. The most preferred specializations in colleges are: 1. Finance. 2. Marketing. 3. Human resources. 4. Operations. 5. Pharma management. Apart from this, there are other specializations such as integrated marketing communications, entrepreneurship management, retail management, international business, etc. Best of luck.
