I would say it would be better to choose Chandigarh University for pursuing B.E in CSE because CU is the fastest growing university and offers great exposure to students. Moreover, CU is NAAC A + accredited as the university has diamond scales so it's a good choice to be part of the CU. Chandigarh University is considered to have the best placement record in Punjab region for CSE. I don't know much about other universities but honestly Chandigarh University is good for doing BE [CSE] because university provides the platform to polish the students according to their interest. If students are interested in placements then placement cell is there to train the students and any engineer wants to be an entrepreneur then university have always guided and help them to establish their business. There are few start-ups which has been established by my senior.
