Which one is better among Thapar University and LPU for CSE?

LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. It provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. With a great curriculum which is benchmarked with foreign universities. Placements are also good. CSE students got placement in Amazon with a package of 28 LPA. As per the last year record of LPU, the average packages in CSE are from 4 to 10 LPA.

Hello Arvind Institute of Engineering & Technology anytime is the best college for Computer Science Engineering if you're comparing with LPU. Amazing faculty, infrastructure, campus life, comfortable accommodation, food, and placement facilities make TIET worth it. Almost 80 - 85% of placements have been offered by the college. Internships provided are quite good at Thapar as faculty have a strong corporate network. It has a dedicated training and placement cell that makes sure that every student gets an internship. Also, admissions for the new batch are open now.

All the colleges are good but according to me Thapar University is good for CSE, as my brother is a pass out from the same university with a very good package deal. The faculty is excellent who gives the students the best education. Fort more details go through their official website as their admissions are going on.

HiLPU and Thapar are both premier institutions of education. Thapar is a traditional university well grounded in the filed of education. LPU is an emerging university which utilizes the updated pedagogy and methodology in teaching. The vast infra structure supports the students of LPU. The updated labs and the exposure which LPU gives to the students is an edge from Thapar. Social distancing would be possible in LPU as it has a good number of faculty, approximately 4000. The companies visiting Thapar are around 250. Lpu has 650 companies visiting it and LPU has been rewarded the National Employabilty 2020 award for Best Placements. Similarly the internships in companies like Amazon which took an LPU student for 80,000/, Bosch, Capgemini etc. Approximately 10,000 students get placed every year in LPU which is a FEAT in itself. Besides, education in LPU is affordable as it offers many scholarships on various scales. So in my opinion in the present scenario I would opt for LPU. Chandigarh University is a good place to showcase your talent, In CSE Chandigarh university, is collaborated with IBM and TCS and offers specialization courses like big data, information security, Aim, IoT, mc, etc. And also placement wise this is a good university, In this university middle-class students can also pursue good education with low fees. More than 500 companies are visiting Chandigarh university every year and thousands of students are placing in their dream companies, so I am finally saying that CU is better for CSE.

Of Course both the above institutes are fair enough! But I would like to share my insights about LPU. An Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place. Students will develop competence in areas like programming, Database Management Systems, Networks and Security, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing etc. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is related with algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software etc. It is a comprehensive course in computer systems and applications. The students who pursue the course of Computer Science Engineering are taught about design, the implementation as well as management of computer software and hardware. The Eligibility details are that the student must pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
