Dear aspirant, In my opinion, B.Tech biotechnology is better than B.Sc. Microbiology. The course fee for B.Tech Biotechnology courses ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 7,00,000. Once the students get a job, they can start earning INR 5,00,000 to INR 7,00,000, and gradually with experience, the salary increases up to INT 15,00,000 per annum. 70 percent of B.Tech students go for MBA courses after completing B.Tech to get managerial-level jobs in top companies. The demand for biotechnology is increasing tremendously in various government and non-government laboratories and research institutes. Biotechnology is a technology that is not limited...more

There is no comparison of B.Tech and B.Sc. Both of them are totally different, and B.Tech is far better in this comparison.

Hello, choosing between the two courses would be one of the most crucial decisions of your educational future. But it solely depends upon the level of the study. I mean if you want to go further for Masters then biotechnology would be a better option because it leaves you with many other choices for PG. But if you are seeking job right after your graduation then u must go for microbiology, because it is a specialization programme, and you can get relatively greater job opportunities easily.
