    Hi,
B.Tech is any day better than BCA because it is a far more comprehensive and professionally valued course than BCA, primarily because it delves into a lot more subjects than BCA.
A BCA student would need to complete MCA too before he or she can outstrip a B.Tech graduate's earning potential.
It is more job-focused while a BCA is a good platform for higher studies.
I would recommend you these colleges for B.Tech:
    1. Vellore Institute of Technology, Tamil Nadu
    2. IIT
    3. UTM, Shillong
    4. BITS Pilani

B.Tech is a better option. MCA is equivalent to B.Tech.

B.Tech is the best from a reputed college.
  • Dear Mayank,
Both these course have their own importance. B.Tech. is $ years degree course while BCA is of three years. Their would be difference in the fee structures also. So, take ur decision on the base of ur interest. and keep the placement in mind.

    Dear
You can choose B.tech programme over BCA due to these factors:
    Vast course module
    Market demand
    Better placement opportunities
    More technical knowledge
After B.Tech programme, you can apply for M.Tech or MBA for further growth and knowledge.
    All the best.

I would suggest you to go for B.Tech in CSE and then pursue your MCA.

Courses don't really matter, look for colleges. BCA from a good college will be much better than B.Tech from an average college.
