I will suggest you go for RIIM PUNE. RIIM PUNE is the best option for doing the PGDM programme. RIIM is an excellent option for PGDM. Placement is much amazing as the college is providing 100% placement. 350+ companies visit campus for recruitment. The minimum package that the college offers is 4.5Lacs, Average placement goes in between 6-8Lacs, the highest placement goes to 14-15Lacs. Students are being placed nationally as well as internationally. The curriculum that is being designed for 2 years is really amazing. When it comes to campus RIIM is Pune's 1st corporate style B-school. The moment you enter the college campus you'll feel like your entering a corporate hub. The best part of RIIM is ROI amongst all the colleges in Pune. Also, this college is having best study environment faculty members are very experienced.

Both college's are very good for Management programs. But in my views RIIM Pune is the best because of their placement performance over the past years. There method of teaching is remarkably very good they give their candidates theoretical as well as practical exposure to each candidates. For practical exposure they provide internship, 20 plus industrial visits along with international business exposure programme where candidates learn the corporate culture. RIIM provides certification like SAP, Six Sigma, Business Analytics, IT Skills from Microsoft and the most important one are Digital Marketing from IIM Kozhikode & MDP Certification from IIM Indore. The placement cell provide sufficient guidance and personality development so as to induce confidence in students to appear for the interviews. In this year students get an average package of 6 lacs and the highest of 14 lacs.

There are many MBA colleges in Pune but according to me Riim Pune is one of the best college for MBA because they provide you placement readiness training, best return on investment I. e if you are investing 4.75- 6.3 Lacs in a course you are able to recover it in your placement. They provide 500+ ADVANCED EMPLOYABILITY & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (AELDP) where they with upon Enhancing English Spoken & Written Ability, Comprehensive Aptitude training & testing, IT Skills Development, Placement Readiness Training (Rigorous Mock Group Discussions and Personal Interviews with Industry Expert Panellists), Leadership Lab, Corporate Launchpad, Student Committees and Functional Clubs.

This management institute consists of around 30 faculty teachers and this team included professionals from Industries, educational fields and other management sectors. I really enjoyed being there as the industry oriented curriculum helped us to learn throughouly about all different aspects of the field.
